About the role

• Assist with data entry to JH clinical system PAS, JHeHS and Chime in a timely manner.
• Ensure the patient's right to privacy and confidentiality is always maintained.
• Participate in ongoing Data audits as directed by the Senior Data & Reporting Manager.
• Use computer systems (including PAS and JHeHS) to locate required health information. Update information and systems according to procedure to maintain accurate information.
• Undertake mark back and sort all records returned to HIS to ensure appropriate allocation and dispersal within the department of complete and incomplete records.
• Maintain ROI database and follow up on return of information request.
• Provide help and admin support to Nursing staff as requested by the Senior Data & Reporting Manager
• File medical records and loose paperwork according to the MRN in terminal digit order.

About you

• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
• Availability to work weekends when required.
