𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞: -

QCC is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Head Office team located in Banksmeadow NSW.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬: -

Casual - 3 days per week (22.5 hours per week excluding, unpaid lunch break)

𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: -

Debt collections

Account reconciliations

Receipting and allocating of customer payments

Preparation and distribution of statements

Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Managing central mailboxes and handling queries and issues

Set up new customer accounts and update information as required

General administration tasks

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: -

Minimum 3yrs experience in debtor collections

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Intermediate Excel skills

Strong attention to detail

Experience with Pronto preferred but not essential
