About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Traffic Controllers to join the All Set Traffic Solutions' team in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of motorists, pedestrians and construction workers at various worksites across the city.

What we're looking for-

Excellent verbal communication and the ability to work well in a team environment.

A valid Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) Ticket.

A current Construction Induction (White) Card.

A valid driver’s licence.

Own vehicle required for travel to and from job sites.

Experience in traffic management is a plus, but not required – we’re committed to supporting your professional growth.

Duties and responsibilities-

Setting up, implementing, and monitoring Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).

Performing vehicle pre-start checks and reporting any defects.

Loading and unloading traffic control vehicles with signage, cones, and equipment.

Managing traffic flow, pedestrians, and cyclists to protect work crews and the public.

Accurately completing daily paperwork and compliance documentation.

Reporting site hazards, near misses, and incidents as required.

Communicating clearly with team members and following directions from supervisors and inspectors.

Maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work zone at all times.
