Aldebaran Contracting is a civil contracting company with experience as a provider of civil construction services to the NT Government, Local Governments and the private sector throughout the Northern Territory.

We are seeking to employ a Traffic Controller, who will be responsible for maintaining safe traffic movement around an active civil construction site in accordance with the site safety plans; including setting up, monitoring, and packing down traffic control signage and equipment, carrying out traffic control plans;,communicating effectively with site personnel and the public, and assisting the broader team with general site duties when required.

The position is located at our project site, near Kulgera NT and is a FIFO position, operating on a 3:1 or 2:1 roster.

Required:

Current NT Traffic Controller Licence / Traffic Management Accreditation (WZ2 & WZ3)

Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).

Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively both unsupervised and in a team environment.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow clear instructions.

Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused approach to work.

Willingness and ability to work away from home in a remote work camp environment.
