Join the team protecting South Australia's world-class produce. As a Fruit Fly Controller, you'll be part of essential field operations helping to manage and prevent outbreaks.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect properties and produce for signs of fruit fly activity

Set traps, collect samples, and prepare submissions for laboratory analysis

Apply treatments and control measures as directed

Maintain accurate inspection and treatment records

Engage with the local community to promote prevention practices

Respond to outbreaks as part of a dedicated response team

What You'll Need:

Experience in outdoor or manual work (fruit picking a plus)

Current full driver's licence (4WD/trailer towing an advantage)

National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
