Part-Time HR Business Partner – Allied Health, Aged Care & NDIS
Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $65K (0.5 FTE) Full time equvilent is 130,000 + Super + EAP + $1K PD

Talent Quarter has partnered with a national healthcare provider to recruit a part-time HR Business Partner to support their growing allied health, aged care, and NDIS divisions across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for support and clinical staff based in Western Sydney
• Ensure full compliance with AHPRA, NDIS, WWCC, police checks, and all relevant regulations
• Manage onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, and offboarding processes
• Monitor and report on HR data and metrics to inform workforce planning
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to anticipate hiring needs and support service growth

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in HR or recruitment within healthcare, NDIS, aged care, or community services
• Sound knowledge of workforce compliance across allied health, aged care, and disability sectors
• Strong organisational skills and ability to build positive working relationships
• Proven experience in workforce retention, compliance audits, and meeting recruitment targets
• HR professional membership (highly regarded)
• A commitment to values of compassion, dignity, and person-centred care
