About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate Occupational Therapist who is ready to develop their leadership and management skills, helping grow and strengthen our Occupational Therapy discipline.

In this role, you will:

Lead by example—maintaining a small caseload and delivering evidence-based care in the community

Provide weekly one-on-one coaching and support to your team

Facilitate team meetings, track performance, and develop action plans

Champion our values, culture, and HumanityLIFE principles

About You

You are:

A registered Occupational Therapist ready to step into leadership, or already experienced in management

Passionate about empowering clients and health professionals to thrive

An effective coach with a talent for bringing teams together

Committed to high standards of verbal and written communication

Aligned with our values and motivated by helping people from all walks of life

You will also need:

A satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent)

A Working with Vulnerable People check (or state equivalent)

A valid Australian Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle
