We're growing rapidly and are now looking for a Platform Transitions Manager to drive seamless onboarding experiences for our partners.

�� About the Role As a Platform Transitions Manager, you’ll be the face of our client during the onboarding journey — training, guiding, and supporting financial advisers and their teams as they transition to our platform. Sitting within the Distribution team, you'll project-manage onboarding, provide high-touch support, and ensure advisers and their clients experience a smooth and confident switch to our client.

�� Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and remote training sessions across the clients platform and advice tools
• Understand each practice’s operations and tailor onboarding accordingly
• Manage onboarding projects end-to-end for assigned advice firms
• Be the go-to point for transition queries and escalations
• Support advisers’ clients through the setup and transfer process
• Build deep expertise in the client's platform to resolve issues and liaise internally
• Maintain and improve training materials and knowledge base resources
• Identify opportunities for upselling or deeper product adoption
• Assist with platform suitability reporting using Excel or analysis tools
• Set up new users/advisers per agreed terms
• Share user feedback to help shape product development

�� What You’ll Bring

• Experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or adviser support
• Understanding of the advice process and financial planning software
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
• Tech-savvy, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Able to travel monthly for onsite adviser visits
• (Bonus) Qualifications in financial planning, economics, accounting or related discipline
• (Bonus) Previous onboarding or transitions experience (platforms or software)
