Our Client delivers cutting-edge financial planning software and investment platform solutions — helping advice practices scale with speed, clarity, and freedom from traditional platform conflicts. We're growing rapidly and are now looking for a Platform Transitions Manager to drive seamless onboarding experiences for our partners.
�� About the Role As a Platform Transitions Manager, you’ll be the face of our client during the onboarding journey — training, guiding, and supporting financial advisers and their teams as they transition to our platform. Sitting within the Distribution team, you'll project-manage onboarding, provide high-touch support, and ensure advisers and their clients experience a smooth and confident switch to our client.
�� Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and remote training sessions across the clients platform and advice tools
- Understand each practice’s operations and tailor onboarding accordingly
- Manage onboarding projects end-to-end for assigned advice firms
- Be the go-to point for transition queries and escalations
- Support advisers’ clients through the setup and transfer process
- Build deep expertise in the client's platform to resolve issues and liaise internally
- Maintain and improve training materials and knowledge base resources
- Identify opportunities for upselling or deeper product adoption
- Assist with platform suitability reporting using Excel or analysis tools
- Set up new users/advisers per agreed terms
- Share user feedback to help shape product development
�� What You’ll Bring
- Experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or adviser support
- Understanding of the advice process and financial planning software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Tech-savvy, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Able to travel monthly for onsite adviser visits
- (Bonus) Qualifications in financial planning, economics, accounting or related discipline
- (Bonus) Previous onboarding or transitions experience (platforms or software)
