About the Role:

We’re seeking a capable and motivated Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing within a highly respected Australian tech and telecommunications business with over 30 years of industry success.

Known for its long-standing customer relationships, including many household names, the business partners with leading global tech providers and has been recognised with national awards for excellence. You'll be joining a stable, collaborative, and forward-thinking team that values innovation, honesty, and outcomes over ego or red tape.

This is a standalone generalist position (with agency support for SEO, website, and digital) that is perfect for someone who’s tech-literate, confident with data, and comfortable creating content for both technical and executive-level audiences.

You’ll work closely with the MD and Sales/IT teams, lead strategy and execution, and have the freedom to do truly impactful work without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead all marketing initiatives - this role is yours to shape
• Translate technical language into clear, compelling content
• Create content for both technical and executive audiences
• Manage SEO through an agency, including a monthly blog
• Interpret analytics and data to inform strategy
• Own and grow LinkedIn presence - their key social channel
• Manage and evolve website content (with agency support)
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage campaigns and track engagement

What We're Looking For

• A strong marketing generalist with 5+ years’ experience
• A confident self-starter who thrives with autonomy
• High attention to detail, especially grammar, spelling, and tone
• Practical, open, and not precious about how things get done
• Instinctive and resourceful, you know how to move things forward
• Outcome-focused, not into red tape or politics
• Calm under pressure, comfortable juggling competing priorities
