Delivery Lead - AML / Transaction Monitoring
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
Rate: $900 - $1,000 per day (inclusive)

The Opportunity:
Talenza is working with a leading financial services organisation in Melbourne that is delivering a major uplift across its financial crime and compliance functions. As part of this transformation, they are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of critical AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and transaction monitoring initiatives.

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across compliance, risk, technology, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the successful delivery of AML and transaction monitoring projects from initiation through to implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, data, and technology

Manage project planning, financials, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications

Coordinate with vendors and solution providers to ensure timely delivery

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure delivery outcomes are met

Ensure solutions align with regulatory obligations and business objectives

About You:
You're a seasoned delivery professional with a strong background in financial services, specifically within AML, financial crime, or regulatory compliance. You understand the complexities of transaction monitoring systems and have worked with platforms such as Actimize, Quantexa, or SAS AML. You're confident managing delivery across multiple streams and navigating senior stakeholder environments.

Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) and/or Agile experience will be well regarded.
