Change Communications Lead (Contractor)

We're seeking a dynamic Change Communications Lead to shape how employees understand and engage with a major business integration. In this high-impact role, you'll translate technical, operational, and cultural changes into clear, compelling communications that connect with people across the organisation.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, you'll work closely with Internal Communications, People & Performance, and the Change Lead to drive engagement and alignment across teams. This role involves collaboration with international colleagues, so flexibility across time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver change communication strategies across multiple channels and teams

Turn complex change into accessible, inspiring messaging and content

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure aligned timing and messaging

Support leaders with content that helps them communicate change with confidence

Contribute to fostering a sense of energy, inclusion, and shared purpose across the organisation

What You'll Bring

5+ years' experience in change communications within large-scale transformation, integration, or M&A

Exceptional storytelling, writing, and verbal communication skills

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability

Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a positive mindset

Creative/design and CMS experience are a bonus
