We are partnering with a leading Australian Industry Superfund in the recruitment of a Senior Compliance Lead to provide specialist regulatory compliance advice and guidance on a significant member transition program of work.

It is a six month rolling contract reporting into the GM Compliance that will focus on regulatory compliance advice as it relates to superannuation administration, operations and business change.

Key focus areas will include:

• Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to embed compliance into business change initiatives and regulatory reform programs
• Monitor and interpret APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory guidance to ensure proactive compliance measures
• Design and implement effective compliance frameworks, controls, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead compliance input into regulatory engagements, audits, and trustee reporting
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and regulators

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of superannuation operations together with experience in regulatory compliance, risk & controls focusing on end to end issue identification and resolution.

You are experienced, driven and outcome oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills and a strong client partnering focus. Furthermore, your ability to build strong working relationships with senior business stakeholders will be a major contributor to your success.
