The Opportunity

We're embarking on a high-stakes payroll transformation, transitioning to a new HRIS platform. This is your chance to lead from the front, ensuring precision and reliability in a program that touches every corner of our vast enterprise. If you're an experienced Test Lead/Manager with a strong background in HR, rostering and payroll systems, and a passion for driving flawless implementation, we want to hear from you. You'll be central to delivering a high-quality and reliable HRIS solution.

What You'll Do

This is a pivotal role where your expertise will ensure the seamless and accurate transition of our payroll systems. You'll be the architect of our testing strategy, safeguarding compliance and system integrity across a complex payroll ecosystem.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and Lead the Testing Strategy: Create and oversee the integrated test approach, plans, and cases across all HR systems and their connections to finance, HR, and data warehouse systems.

Coordinate and Collaborate: Act as the key liaison between our implementation partner, third-party vendors, and internal Finance, HR, and Technology teams to ensure testing is comprehensive and all requirements are met.

Manage the Testing Lifecycle: Oversee all testing activities, from coordinating test environments and data to managing the defect triage process and reporting on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Ensure Compliance and Integrity: Guarantee that all testing scenarios safeguard system integrity and comply with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and enterprise policies, culminating in a final test summary report.

What You'll Bring:

You are a seasoned testing professional with years of experience, bringing a deep expertise in people, HR and payroll implementations gained from projects in the domain. Your background will demonstrate a proven ability to deliver high-quality work within complex project environments, adapting seamlessly across various software development lifecycles (SDLCs) with a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Critical to this role are your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, complemented by strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic decisions.
