What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and nurturing your capped portfolio of only 100 local properties
• Liaising with tenants and landlords to maintain high-quality relationships
• Handling maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and general compliance
• Working closely with a high-performing team to get the job done with your own dedicated Assistants for out of office support

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in Property Management
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication, attention to detail and a passion for people
• A current driver’s licence and a positive, solutions-first mindset
