Position

As the Financial Controller, reporting to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in managing the finance team and be responsible for all finance aspects of the business across APAC. We’re seeking a hands-on finance professional to play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and delivering accurate, timely reporting. You’ll manage the month-end process, produce insightful management reports, ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements, and lead the year-end audit. The role also involves treasury management and contributing to the successful upgrade of their accounting systems. As a people-focused leader, you will manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team. Fostering growth, accountability, and high performance within a collaborative environment.

Profile

• CA/CPA qualified
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people at all levels
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong technical skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of technology and systems, with a view to guide business through periods of transformation
• Retail or beverage industry experience is highly desirable, with a good understanding of stock/inventory levels and forecast
• Previous team management experience
• Responsive, dynamic, ambitious and able to operate at pace
