About the role

Join the team at Alpha Trophies Pty Ltd as a full-time Trophy Shop Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling trophies, engraving personalised details, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is based in our Thomastown, VIC 3074 location.

What you'll be doing

Assembling trophies and plaques according to customer specifications

Operating engraving machinery to personalise trophies and awards

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, both in-person and over the phone

Maintaining a tidy and organised workshop and showroom

Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed

Supporting the wider team with any other tasks as required

What we're looking for

Prior experience in a retail or customer service role

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

A keen interest in the trophies and awards industry
