About the role

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our growing team at Rachael Goldsworthy Realty in Windsor, NSW. As a part-time Strata Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day communication and management of residential, commercial and mixed-use strata properties in the local area. This is the perfect opportunity for a parent returning to the workforce as the days and times are very flexible. The role does require you to have a Real Estate Licence and be working towards your Strata Licence.

What you'll be doing

Providing guidance and advice to strata committees and owners on all aspects of strata management

Organising and attending strata committee and general meetings, and preparing agendas, minutes and other related documents, one training has been provided

Managing financial reports, including preparing budgets, and overseeing accounts and insurance requirements, no need for receipting we have that covered!

Coordinating maintenance, repairs, contractors, and renovations for strata properties

Ensuring compliance with relevant strata legislation and regulations

Responding to enquiries and addressing concerns from strata owners and residents in a timely and professional manner

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, and contractors

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar strata management role and or property management

Strong knowledge of strata legislation, regulations, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Proficient in managing financial records, preparing budgets, and overseeing accounts

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A current certificate of registration or Strata Licence or willing to obtain
