Dental Receptionist – Maternity Cover Position
📍 Location: 20 Newcastle Street, Cardiff
💰 Salary: $27.17 – $29.60 per hour (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: Permanent part-time (4 days per week) or full-time (9 days per fortnight)

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist for a maternity leave cover position at our busy two-chair practice in Cardiff. This role is ideal for someone with experience in dental reception, but we also welcome dental nurses looking to transition into reception — training will be provided for the right candidate.

About the Role:

Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner

Manage appointments and patient records efficiently

Process payments and handle health fund claims

Assist with sterilisation and dental assisting as required

Travel to other practice locations when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience as a dental receptionist, or a dental nurse interested in transitioning into reception

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to assist with sterilisation and chairside duties when needed

Flexibility to travel to other practice locations if required
