About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Dental Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator who isn’t just great at the front desk — we’re looking for someone who can help us elevate the entire patient experience and contribute to the long-term success of our practice.

This is more than a receptionist role. You’ll be a key part of our leadership team, working closely with the principal dentist to:

Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care from the very first call

Confidently book and manage appointments, follow up with lapsed patients, recalls, and incomplete treatment plans

Coordinate treatment effectively and help patients understand and commit to their care plans

Create and improve systems that keep our operations running smoothly

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to help guide our growth

Bring fresh marketing ideas to life – especially on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram

You’ll be perfect for this role if you:

Have outstanding communication and organisational skills

Are proactive and solutions-focused – you see what needs to be done and make it happen

Love creating systems, improving processes, and thinking strategically

Have experience in dental or medical reception and/or treatment coordination

Are confident discussing treatment plans with patients

Are comfortable working independently and collaboratively
