Casual Sales Assistant

Bakers Delight Cooleman Court is seeking a friendly, customer focused person to join our team. We are seeking someone who preferably has previous sales experience and is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment. Someone who can help customers make an informed decision regardless of whether it is bread for the everyday needs or for entertaining.

As a Sales Assistant, responsibilities include:

• dynamic customer service
• Cash handling
• General cleaning duties
• being a great communicator
• merchandising available products

Ideal candidates would:

• have experience working in a retail or food environment
• be confident serving customers
• be used to working as part of a team
• having initiative to work under limited supervision to present shop at a high standard
• be flexible with working hours from 7:30am-4:30pm
