We're currently seeking Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Accommodation Services team at Leumeah Lodge in Nicholls and Bush Capital Lodge in O’Connor. These locations host school groups, community groups, and free independent travelers.

The Role: As part of the Accommodation Services team, you’ll help with our breakfast and dinner operations, including:

• Serving buffet-style meals
• Assisting chefs with basic meal preparation (like sandwich making)
• Clearing tables and resetting the hall and buffet areas
• General cleaning duties, including washing dishes and cooking utensils
• Preparing barista coffee for guests

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not essential
• Willingness to learn barista coffee making
• Food hygiene and safety certificates are preferred, but not mandatory
• Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or willing to obtain)
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, typically between 6am and 9pm, Monday to Friday
• Ability to work across sites if needed (driver’s license is preferred)
