Project Advisor (two roles available)

• 2 x Full-Time, fixed term positions (until April 2027)
• VPS Grade 4.1 ($97,955 - $111,142, plus superannuation)

• This role will commence at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, and relocate to 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne from October 2025.

What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Manager, Field operations, this role will be responsible for:
• the planning, conduct and delivery of field operations projects
• building and maintaining positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• supporting the development of procedures, processes and systems for major electoral events.

What you will bring to the role
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment
• Commitment to the VEC's core values.
