Company

This company is a slick and professional National Tier 3 Commercial Builder that is responsible for delivering new build, fitout and refurbishment projects across the Health, Pharmaceutical, Education and Industrial sectors up to $20M.

Due to the success of recent project awards, this company is looking to expand and seeking a Project Manager to deliver two of their new upcoming projects.

Role

The role is a Project Manager position and will involve working across two recent projects this company has successfully been awarded.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing the scope of the project
• Ensure the project is delivered within time frame, within budget and to the quality initially set out on the scope
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and any relevant stakeholders to ensure the project expectations are met
• Ensuring OH&S compliance
• Attending project and client meetings

Requirements:

• Project Manager experience delivering Education or Health projects for a Commercial Headcontractor required
• Proficient with Hammertech, Aconex and Procore softwares
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full Australian working rights
