About the Role

As the Senior Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more practices, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive process improvement initiatives. This leadership role is integral to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the operational and administrative functions of the practice(s)

Collaborate with clinical/professional teams to ensure service excellence

Monitor and improve KPIs, workflows, and business processes

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies

Lead staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management

Drive strategic planning and support business development initiatives

Cultivate a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
