Weston Medical Centre Practice is a well established family practice based in the beautiful Hunter Valley. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team on a Part-time basis 3-4 days per week. Flexible with days/times and some availability to WFH once initial probationary period is served.

Requirement:

Must be available to cover reception for A/L and S/L

multi-tasking skill

must be excellent at time management

well-organised person who can commit to the practice's growth by creating short term and long term goals and improve team work

a person who can prove his/ her managing skills by performance

managing reception staff & nursing staff including rostering, improve efficiency and outcome, improve work flow, supporting & co-ordinating 2 GP’s

private and Medicare, WorkCover, billing and compliance

managing patient bookings, billing & data

general administrative support & reporting

working with management to increase patient numbers, doctors and profits

to build team structure and to train the team to be efficient

closely work with practice owners for business growth

reliable and accountable to PM's duties and responsibilities

accreditation skills and experience
