About the role:

Based in our Campbellfield office, the successful candidate will be entrusted to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Working closely with the business' service and sales teams, you will be focused on providing timely support to our customers.

Selection Criteria

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

Possess a high level of mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn the business's equipment and products.

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills

Ability to prioritize, and manage multiple functions simultaneously in a faced paced environment.

Core Tasks & Responsibilities:

Maintain existing customer base and actively seek out new customer accounts

Compile equipment repair quotations and provide repair / replacement recommendations as reported by our Field Service Technicians.

Provide spare parts sourcing support to field service technicians for work in progress.

Provide Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA's) for customer-owned equipment.

Follow up on existing repair and maintenance recommendations.

Manage customer compliance requirements for our field service and subcontractor teams.
