Job Overview
As the first point of contact for clients, the Customer Service team manages phone, email, and live chat enquiries. The role is responsible for tracking freight, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring customers are kept informed every step of the way.
What You Will Be Working On
· Respond to customer queries quickly and accurately across multiple channels
· Liaise with carriers to resolve delivery issues and track freight
· Proactively follow up to provide updates and solutions
· Navigate key systems including Salesforce, MachShip, email, phones, and live chat
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
What Type of Person will be Successful
· Proven customer service experience — ideally in logistics, dispatch, contact centre or FMCG environments
· Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
· Ability to juggle multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
· Salesforce experience is highly desirable
· A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
· Natural leaders who are resourceful and adaptable
