The Opportunity

You'll be the creative bridge between clients, designers, and our delivery team – transforming visions into bespoke living spaces while achieving impressive commissions through premium upgrades and customisations.

What You'll Do:

Inspire & Consult: Guide clients through pre-construction interior design consultations, offering expert styling advice

Create & Sell: Present customisation options and upgrades in our stunning display suites

Execute & Deliver: Prepare detailed selection documentation, cost variations, and design specifications

Collaborate: Work seamlessly with sales, design, and construction teams to ensure flawless delivery

Innovate: Partner with suppliers to stay ahead of design trends and maintain cutting-edge product knowledge

Your Profile

We're looking for a creative professional who combines design flair with commercial acumen:

Design Excellence:

Fresh, innovative design ideas with ability to interpret and exceed client briefs

Experience in kitchen, bathroom, and common area design

Proficiency in Revit design software

Strong knowledge of premium residential building products and materials

Commercial Success:

Proven product procurement and supplier consultation experience

Results-driven sales approach with solutions-focused mindset

Exceptional customer service skills and experience

Professional Skills:

Outstanding organisation, communication, and presentation abilities

Proficiency with CRMs, digital tools, and MS Office Suite
