A Care Ambassador is more than a manager — they are a mentor, advocate, and champion for both clients and care staff. You’ll be the key link between quality care delivery, clinical excellence, and our philosophy of Happier Aging.

💖 In This Role, You’ll:

Lead and support a team of nurses and caregivers delivering in-home care services

Ensure every client experience is safe, personal, and joyful

Complete assessments and create care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals

Provide mentorship and training for care staff to grow and thrive

Oversee clinical documentation and ensure compliance with health standards

Communicate regularly with families, healthcare providers, and team members

Help grow our care team with recruitment and onboarding support

✅ What You Bring:

Registered Nurse (RN), Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Enrolled Endorsed Nurse (EEN) with current AHPRA registration

3+ years in a leadership, coordination, or clinical educator role

A genuine love of home care and a passion for Making Lives Better

Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills

A warm, professional, and proactive communication style

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
