The Role:
You'll be part of our committed Care Ambassador team, working between the hours of 7 am -6 pm. This is a permanent part-time position (24-38 hours/ week). Days and times to be negotiated with the team
You'll be working with a variety of clients who need in-home health care due to disability or aging.
Providing support, training and development for our amazing Caregivers

You have 1-2 years of EN/RN experience, clinical skills, confidence and a kind heart. Community sector experience is highly regarded, but acute care experience will also be considered. We will consider applicants straight out of University who are Registered and happy to train the right applicant.
You have a reliable car, a current driver's license, and are willing to travel around the Hawkesbury, Hills and Mountains areas.
You have great communication skills and are flexible and adaptable to meet our clients' needs.
You have experience working with clients with complex needs.
You're a self-led leader who takes responsibility but is also open to coaching. You're reliable, committed, and have a can-do attitude.
You have the required documentation ( Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker modules, First Aid/CPR, and your qualifications).
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Care Designer (Senior Clinical RN), you'll be part of a team of experienced RNs and ENs on the Care Ambassador Team.
You'll work from our office in Richmond and attend first visits and urgent care visits as required in the community.
Client visits will be a minimum of 25% of your work hours.
You'll need to be comfortable in a busy, dynamic environment and be ready to adjust your tasks based on client and business needs, which may include:
Filling vacant visits
Training and developing caregivers in client homes
Attending first visits with new team members
Helping deliver stock to client homes
Participating in client care initiatives
Providing nursing care (within your scope of practice)
Addressing caregiver concerns about clients
Communicating with the Care Services Centre and the Care Ambassador/Care Designer team
Building relationships with caregivers and clients
Completing mandatory e-learning and competency programs
Reporting any concerns outside your scope to the Care Designer
Thinking creatively to find ways to make clients' lives better
Working independently and in teams
Using effective communication skills
Having strong computer skills, proficiency in G-Suite is strongly regarded

Job Requirements
Registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
CPR & First Aid Certification
Current NSW Driver's License (with no restrictions)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
Working with Children Check
