ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have a position available for experienced Care Workers to work with our effective and highly dynamic team. Vital Home Health Services Support Workers deliver services to the client(s) to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

Assisting the clients with personal care support including, showering, toileting, feeding assistance and help with transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

Providing support to clients with domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients and their families

Reporting any issues or changes in the client's health and well-being through the appropriate channels and protocols

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must have:

Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent

An Australian driver's license

Mobile Phone with Email access

Current Police Record Check

Work with Children Check
