Family owned, local business is seeking an experience administration assistant to join our expanding team. We offer a driven, safety conscious and positive working environment. With an Emerald based workshop we service the entirety of the Central Highlands and are heavily involved in the community. The ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated communicator with extensive customer service experience.
The successful application will;
- hold a current driver license
- have highly proficient computer skills
- be able to work in a team as well as independently
- have the capacity to work flexibly and cohesively in a fast-paced environment
- have a keen interest in the automotive industry
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Customer and supplier liaison
- Daily phone and email correspondence
- Invoicing and stock monitoring
- Ordering parts and managing stock deliveries
This is a full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
*flexible with availibity to the right candidate (Part-Time)
