Key Responsibilities
Be the primary contact for member queries, becoming their trusted business advisor
Manage member relationships through phone calls, communications, and in-person visits
Administer member services, accreditation programs, and maintain accurate CRM records
Support members through accreditation and awards programs
Attend membership events and training workshops
Guide members through registrations and electronic payments
What You Bring
Essential:
Genuine passion for exceptional customer service and helping businesses succeed
Outstanding communication skills with strong attention to detail
Natural relationship-building ability, over phone, digital and face-to-face
Strong organisational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with willingness to learn new systems
Current drivers license and ability to travel independently within WA
Advantageous: Experience in business development, customer service, marketing, or tourism is helpful but not essential - we'll provide the industry training you need.
