Join a strategic initiative to modernise our client's supply chain systems through the rollout of MHA’s WMS/TMS platforms across multiple sites. Following a successful initial go-live in one hub, they’re now scaling across larger and more complex environments, and we’re seeking an experienced
Manhattan Design Lead to guide and align solution design with critical airline-specific operational requirements.

Contract Details:

Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site at Mascot)
Contract: 6-month rolling (strong likelihood of extension)
Rate: $1100 per day + GST

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally to gather, analyse, and break down business needs into feasible MHA product solutions.
• Ensure correct configuration and integration of technical requirements into the WMS/TMS platforms.
• Validate existing system configurations and lead the design of custom extensions where needed.
• Provide input into the definition of future-state processes using established tools and methodologies.
• Support key testing phases (SIT and UAT) by providing subject matter expertise on MHA design logic.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven hands-on experience delivering MHA solutions (WMS/TMS/OMS), including deep understanding of product capabilities, configuration, and architecture.
• Strong grasp of supply chain processes, ideally across complex environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple workstreams.
• Aviation industry experience or exposure to 24/7 operational environments (e.g., transport or logistics) is highly desirable.
