A luxury retailer of high-end designer furniture is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the sales team in their boutique showroom located in one of Sydney's most influential neighborhoods.

In this role you will be customer-focused, maximising sales through client engagement, product knowledge and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

Manage client enquiries either by instore, in-home or virtual appointments

Managing product support issues that may arise with the assistance of the Showroom Manager

Attend to back of house maintenance and housekeeping

Support instore visual merchandising

Attend and assist with instore events

Keep up-to-date with interior trends

Skills and experience

2+ years in a sales position working within a luxury service or retail environment, ideally furniture

Passion for design and quality craftsmanship (qualification highly desirable)

Excellent work ethic and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Professionally presented
