The mission
Convert showroom, phone and digital enquiries into 10–12 spa sales and 2–3 swim-spa sales every month, while overseeing on-site inspections that guarantee flawless, on-time installations.

What you’ll do
• Own the sales cycle – qualify, present, quote (Podium/Xero), follow-up and close.
• Visit sites across Greater Sydney – measure access, slabs, services and CDC/fencing needs.
• Hand over like a pro – brief our projects team, attend delivery days, secure 5-star Google reviews.
• Champion the pipeline – keep every lead moving, every stage documented and every deadline met.
• Out-learn the competition – complete a personalised 12-week product & industry immersion mentored by Denis Linehan (MBA; Law, Psych & Comms degrees; 12 + years in high-ticket sales).

70 + units sold, 80 % site-inspection accuracy
What we’re offering
Base $60–70k + $350 per spa + $500 per swim-spa (uncapped).
Realistic OTE $110–130 k within your first year.
Company dual-cab ute, fuel card, laptop & phone after probation.

The person we’re looking for
Proven closer in high-value, consultative sales (kitchens, bathrooms, cars, fitness, home builds, etc.).
Hungry, disciplined and money-motivated—someone who out-works and out-thinks competitors.
Well-presented, articulate and comfortable guiding homeowners through 5-figure purchases.
Current NSW driver’s licence and weekend availability (Tues/Wed rostered days off).
No spa-industry experience required—we’ll train the right attitude.
