This established Castle Hill location is part of a national leader in the tools and trade retail space, known for delivering exceptional service and product solutions to professionals across the industry. With a loyal customer base and strong brand reputation, this store is fast-paced, high-performing, and driven by results.

We're seeking a confident and self-motivated Business Development Manager to represent the brand in-store and out in the field. If you're passionate about building lasting relationships, hunting new business, and delivering commercial results, this role will give you the platform to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving business growth through new client acquisition and proactive territory management

Maintaining and nurturing a portfolio of existing trade clients

Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Delivering on sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics

Representing a trusted industry name with pride and professionalism

To be successful, you'll need:

Proven experience in a BDM or Account Manager role (ideally tools, trade, or industrial retail)

A valid Driver's License - company vehicle is provided

A natural flair for building rapport, closing deals, and understanding customer needs

A sharp focus on results, resilience, and customer retention
