Responsibilities:

1，Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions across pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales phases.

2，Responsible for coordinating the order to delivery process and providing on-site after-sales support, including equipment installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and client training as needed.

3，Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ICT hardware products (e.g. switches, optical modules).

4，Assist with solution demonstrations, documentation preparation, product configuration, and customer onboarding.

5，Provide Level 2 technical support, including troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, and escalation management.

6.Standardise and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, delivery checklists, and user guides.

7，Support the continuous improvement of service processes and delivery workflows.

8，Participate in cross-regional collaboration with global teams when needed.

Requirements:

1，Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.

2，2–3 years of experience in technical support, network deployment or solution delivery, preferably in ICT hardware (e.g. optical networks, switches, transceivers).

3，Solid understanding of networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, Ethernet.

4，Working knowledge of Cisco (e.g. XE, XR, NX-OS), SD-WAN, Telco or Data Centre environments.

5，Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

6，Good documentation, reporting, and project coordination skills.

7，Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
