Part Time Telesales Supervisor

Office-based

Part time, Monday to Friday.

8.30am - 3.00pm (half hour lunch break)

Experience is an advantage

$40.00 per hour plus super

Supervise a small team of outbound call operators chasing sales leads and getting feedback on existing customer satisfaction

This casual role is based at our Head Office in Artarmon. All on-the-job training will be provided.

The Role

As the Telesales Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a small team that:

Are the first point of contact for our clients

Make high-volume outgoing calls

Maintain client records

Carry out telemarketing and sales activities

Source client feedback on service satisfaction

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will have:

Confident and positive phone manner

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

An eye for detail

Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly

Strong organisational and administration skills

Ensure the team meet set KPIs
