Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for ensuring successful project outcomes?

In this newly appointed role, you will be responsible for defining and managing all activities required to ensure the business is fully prepared for the implementation and delivery of critical projects. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure teams are ready to operate effectively from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Change Management - develop a detailed change plan to clearly outline the required activities to guide users through the change, including communications, training and support.
  • Support the management of stakeholder relationships.
  • IT coordination - identifying training requirements
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Communications Plan and assist in drafting of communications when required.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Change Management and communication plans on complex projects with multiple concurrent work streams to achieve overall project requirements and deliver outcomes against agreed milestones.

Key skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management, stakeholder engagement and communication and activities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills specifically in relation to consultation, negotiation and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to exercise sound judgement and minimise risks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and deliver presentations.
  • High level organisational skills and ability to multi-task in order to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Demonstrated substantial experience in planning and managing change introduced by projects. (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing stakeholder engagement and communication plans for projects. (essential)
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills to facilitate co-operation and support for required change. (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating stakeholder workshops. (essential)
