Full training will be provided in the specifics of this high volume and fast-paced role where you will work within an awesome team. The position involves conducting searches for documents online via various authority portals and liaising with customers to communicate outcomes and solutions.
Specifically this includes:-
- Ordering, processing and chasing up online documents on behalf of clients
- Handling high volumes of inbound client enquiries via phone and email
- High volume data entry
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Providing general administration support such as filing and phone support to contribute to overall team success
To be considered you will have an excellent phone manner with clear and professional spoken English. Office based admin or call centre experience is preferred however experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments is also considered beneficial. Any prior exposure to the legal and/or conveyancing sectors will be highly regarded and experience with any form of high volume document processing or inbound calls would be favourable.
Salary guide is $65,000 + Super and standard hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm. The company offers a hybrid work from home (2 days per week) with 3 days in the office (Brisbane CBD).
