Due to significant growth, Imperial Pacific is seeking a Logistics Administrator to assist with the day-to-day procedures in our Operations department.
Located in Molendinar on the Gold Coast, our family-owned business proudly operates a modern and luxurious 5-star coach fleet, serving a diverse clientele that includes school transportation, interstate charters, inbound tourism, and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform accurate data entry into our reservation system (Coach Manager).
2. Handle sales enquiries and provide quotations.
3. Coordinate and manage the availability of drivers.
4. Manage telephone enquiries.
The successful applicant would require:
1. Proficient and fast typist with experience in data entry.
2. Strong time management skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Self-motivated and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
