Join our team as a Project Officer – Construction Projects

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with a background in construction or project administration. You'll bring strong communication skills, sound knowledge of project documentation processes, and experience delivering high-quality support across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating contract administration and onsite delivery of minor construction projects

Preparing project documentation including management plans, WH&S, permits and approvals

Supporting budget tracking, financial reporting and end-of-month project reconciliations

Providing accurate project advice and information to internal and external stakeholders

Contributing to team performance through problem solving and process improvement

Skills & Experience:

Experience in project, construction or contract administration

Strong skills in preparing project and financial documentation

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Understanding of permits and regulatory requirements

You'll hold a current C Class Drivers Licence
