About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer (Civil Construction) to join our small team at Terracon. This full-time role is based in our Cleveland, QLD office and will play a crucial part in the delivery of our civil construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the coordination and execution of all aspects of civil construction projects

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard

Provide technical support and advice to the project team

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Degree (or Diploma) in Civil Engineering or a related field (but not essential) or experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making skills
