We're a small-but-mighty Tasmanian not-for-profit doing big things for mental health and wellbeing across the island. Opportunity:
To be successful in this role you will have:
At least three years’ experience working as a medical/allied health receptionist;
Solid listening skills and capacity to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Working within deadlines and timeframes while maintaining high-level accuracy
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent attention to detail
Professional and positive attitude
Ability to work independently within a supportive and proactive team
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Email (bonus points if you have experience using Penelope)
Hold (or ability to obtain) a National Police Clearance valid within one year
Hold (or ability to obtain) a valid Working with Vulnerable Person Check
