Novotel Cabramatta is opening its doors in November, and we’re seeking enthusiastic and experienced Guest Service Agents to be the welcoming face of our brand-new hotel. This is your chance to shine from the start, creating exceptional experiences for our guests in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role:
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. From check-in to check-out, you’ll handle reservations, inquiries, and requests with professionalism and a warm, welcoming attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a hotel reception role—minimum 1 year preferred.
Proficiency in using the Opera booking system is essential.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests via phone, email, and in person.
Utilize the Opera booking system to manage reservations, guest information, and billing.
Resolve guest issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
