Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to take your career to the next level? Dux Hot Water is seeking a proactive Purchasing Officer to join our team in Moss Vale, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a long-established Australian manufacturer supported by global expertise from Noritz Corporation (Japan).

About the Role

As our new Purchasing Officer, you will support our procurement and take a leading role as the business transitions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). You’ll demonstrate to the purchasing team what best practice looks like with Dynamics. You’ll work closely with suppliers, production planners, and warehouse staff to ensure that supply chains run smoothly and efficiently.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

What You’ll Be Doing

· - Supporting the purchasing transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

· - Raising and managing purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

· - Ensuring on-time delivery of parts and materials

· - Liaising with suppliers on lead times, pricing, and availability

· - Monitoring inventory levels and triggering reorders based on MRP

· - Collaborating with production and planning teams to meet manufacturing targets

· - Maintaining accurate supplier data and procurement records

· - Supporting cost control and supplier performance initiatives

What We’re Looking For

✅ At least 3 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

✅ Solid understanding of inventory control and manufacturing processes

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ High attention to detail and system accuracy

✅ Experience in Australian manufacturing (desirable)
