Concept Retail Solutions works closely with our client Coles supermarkets nationally. Our joint vision with Coles is to be a “trusted world-class team making a difference to business, customers, and ourselves by delivering quality, service, and value in the area of merchandising and project management.

You will report directly to a Senior Project Lead who will direct you to plan projects, helping you to manage them from start to finish with a high attention to detail ensuring that the Coles Relay Project Services team can undertake macro and micro changes in store in Coles Supermarkets across Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of project management within the retail sector. Full paid training is provided.

General hours of work will be from 5am to 1pm, Monday to Friday

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking leaders to support the Coles Relay Project Services team in stores in accordance with all Coles relay standards, processes and the agreed project scope and plan.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate the Project Scope of Works from initiation through to completion ensuring all requirements are met
- Engage with the Store manager and Store Team to ensure the best outcomes for the store and project
- Ensure all Relay Team members are aware of, and are actively practicing, Coles customer service policies whilst in a trading store
- Deliver the project within appropriate budget and on time
- Alleviate store operations from impact of mass change
- Implement the final and approved merchandise flow in store to standard
- Implement the project as per the approved scope from the project owner
- Utilise the current approved customer disruption strategy whilst onsite
- Ensure safety procedures are adhered to

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous retail and/or management experience preferred
- Car and License
- Must be willing to travel for work, locations are both metro and regional
- Basic computer skills -Microsoft Office applications including, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including strong written and verbal English and be capable of professionally liaising and working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Pride yourself on providing a professional and timely service to meet internal and stakeholder deadlines
- Demonstrated experience working independently and managing multiple ongoing tasks
