My client is a well-established provider of HVAC and essential building services, known for delivering tailored maintenance and technical solutions across commercial, critical infrastructure, and aged care facilities throughout Victoria.

With a strong focus on reliability and responsiveness, they manage everything from preventative maintenance and system upgrades to a wide range of trade services — including plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. Their team works closely with clients to ensure minimal disruption, maximum efficiency, and industry-compliant service delivery.

I am looking for a Site Supervisor / Project Lead to manage commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne.

Running day-to-day site operations across multiple HVAC projects

Leading and coordinating subcontractors, apprentices, and suppliers

Keeping jobs on schedule, to spec, and up to safety standards

Communicating with clients, project managers, and the broader team

Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site

Handling reporting and general project oversight

What you’ll need:

Mechanical Plumbing Licence (must-have)

Strong background in HVAC/mechanical services

Proven site supervision or project leadership experience

Valid driver’s licence

Solid communication and organisational skills

Ability to interpret plans and manage multiple jobs
