About the Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting B2B and B2C customers and ensuring a seamless service experience across multiple channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Managing customer communications via phone and email

Acting as the key point of contact for the dealer network

Coordinating with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams

Handling admin tasks that support a smooth customer experience

Advocating for customers and promoting satisfaction at every touchpoint

Experience in customer service, administration, or order processing

A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills

A proactive, customer-first mindset
